Keeping generous limits sustainable for every team
Pixelwand's plans include generous, and in some cases unlimited, allowances for calling, messaging, and pipeline usage so a real sales team never has to think about a meter while working. This Fair Usage Policy explains what "unlimited" and "included" mean in practice, so that stays true for every team on the platform, not just the first ones to find a loophole.
This policy applies to any feature on our pricing page described as "unlimited," "included," or marked with an asterisk (*), including but not limited to:
Outbound and inbound calling on your assigned number
Sending and receiving SMS through the platform
WhatsApp Business messaging on lead and deal records
Storing and working leads within your plan
Sending campaign and transactional email
A few ground rules for how allowances are counted, so there are no surprises:
"Unlimited" and "included" allowances are sized for the ordinary, good-faith activity of a sales team using Pixelwand the way it's designed to be used: reps calling and messaging real leads and customers, campaigns going out to your own opted-in contacts, and data being entered and read by people, not scripts. The vast majority of teams will never come close to a fair-use limit.
A small set of uses fall outside "normal use" entirely and aren't covered by included or unlimited allowances, regardless of volume:
Beyond the excluded uses above, usage that looks meaningfully different from normal team activity may also be reviewed. Examples include:
